67. Gate Academy is just a company like any other private organisation, Facilities working for the company are the employees. Employees are free to the leave the company whenever they want, Organization cant pressurise the employees to stay and they have no right to defame the employees once they leave the organisation/They have no right to say anything againt them on social media.Its employees decision, they can serve the notice period, give the bond amount and leave. A business should be run just like a business, Gate Academy is just a business, its not a family, Does any business owner really treat all the employees just like they treats his own family??? I bet *No*. Saket was a regular employee with gate Academy, as long as he was working with gate Academy he had given his 100% and helped gate Academy to grow and he was loyal with the gate Academy for the entire journey .Organization do motivation their employees to work because they want something in return form employees. Employees work for the organisation, get experienced, get paid, gain knowledge and grow personally and professionally in return they give business to they organisation. Company do train their employee so that they can do thier job perfectly. organization has no right to say that they are solely responsible for the employees growth and they cant leave the company. India should have some strictly Labour laws like US.
